Hamilton Eggs

All of our eggs come from United Egg Producer (UEP) Certified hens. This means that the farms are audited annually by a third party to ensure that the eggs are produced in strict accordance with United Egg Producers Animal Husbandry Guidelines. These guidelines have been endorsed by the Food Marketing Institute and National Council of Chain Restaurants. Our hens never come in contact with a rooster, guaranteeing that all of our eggs are unfertilized. An end user will never open an egg that contains an embryo.
